3 Day Sossusvlei Safari

Join fellow travelers or do a private self-drive safari. This tour departs and ends either from Windhoek or Swakopmund.

Perfect for the solo traveler or groups and can be customised to suite your budget. Choose between camping under the stars or lodge accommodation. An early morning excursion to the Deadvlei, a white clay pan filled with fossils of camelthorn trees and picturesque red dunes is included. At a mere height of 80m, Dune 45 is the most photographed dune in the area that will even turn the most amateur photographer into a pro.

The brave ones can take on Big Daddy at a height of 325m, not the tallest in the Namib, but certainly in the area. One can expect a slow climb of about 2 hours to reach the top, but the reward of running down the soft sand makes it absolutely worth while, if not simply the view from the top.  Alternatively guests can also opt for additional activities such as Hot Air Ballooning or Scenic Flights.
